Refund policy

1. General Policy

At EstimateGenius (trade name of EstimateGenius LLC), we sell digital products — including smart spreadsheet templates, automated calculators, quote generators, and other downloadable business tools. Because these items are intangible and cannot be returned physically, our refund policy differs from that of physical goods.

By purchasing any digital product from us, you agree to this Return and Refund Policy.

2. No Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the immediate, irrevocable nature of digital delivery, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any digital product once the download link has been generated or the file has been sent to you — even if you have not downloaded or used it.

We encourage you to:

  • Read the product description carefully before purchasing.

  • Review any free samples or demonstration videos we provide.

  • Contact our support team with any questions before making a purchase.

3. Exceptions (Limited Circumstances)

Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional cases, and must be approved in writing by EstimateGenius:

  • Duplicate purchase – You accidentally purchased the same product twice within 24 hours. We will refund one copy.

  • Technical defect – The file is corrupted or cannot be opened/used as described, and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 7 business days.

  • Unauthorized purchase – Your payment method was used fraudulently without your consent (proof and police report may be required).

No refunds will be given for:

  • Change of mind, wrong product chosen, or incompatibility with your software version (unless explicitly promised).

  • Poor performance or lack of results – our templates are tools, and success depends on user input.

  • Lost or deleted files – we recommend backing up your downloads.

4. Requesting a Refund (if eligible)

To request a refund under the exceptions above, contact us within 14 days of the purchase date:

  • Your order number or transaction ID

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for refund request (including evidence of defect if applicable)

We will respond within 5–7 business days.

5. Cancellation Rights (For Subscriptions)

EstimateGenius does not currently offer subscription-based digital products. In the event we launch a subscription service in the future, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued for the unused portion.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve an issue, we reserve the right to suspend your access to all EstimateGenius products and permanently block your email and payment credentials from future purchases. Chargebacks filed for non‑refundable digital products may also be contested.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return and Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our products after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
