1. Digital Products Only

EstimateGenius sells only digital products — including downloadable spreadsheet templates, interactive calculators, quote generators, and software tools. We do not sell or ship any physical goods (e.g., boxes, CDs, USB drives, or printed materials).

2. No Physical Shipping

Because all our products are delivered electronically, no shipping charges apply to any order. You will never be asked to provide shipping address details for delivery purposes (your physical address is used only for billing or customer records).

3. Delivery Method

Upon successful payment, you will receive:

  • An instant download link on the order confirmation page.

  • A confirmation email sent to the address you provided during checkout, containing a secure download link and any license keys (if applicable).

You can also access your purchased products at any time by logging into your EstimateGenius account and visiting the “My Downloads” section.

4. Delivery Timeframe

Delivery is immediate after payment confirmation (usually within 1–5 minutes). In rare cases of payment processing delays (e.g., manual fraud review), delivery may take up to 2 business hours.

If you have not received your download link within 6 hours of purchase:

  • Check your spam/junk folder.

  • Contact us using the information below.

5. Incorrect Email Address

You are responsible for providing a valid, working email address. If you enter an incorrect email, we cannot guarantee delivery. Please double‑check your email before completing your purchase. If you realize an error after ordering, contact us immediately with your order number so we can resend the files to the correct address.

6. Failed Delivery or Technical Issues

If your download link does not work, the file is corrupted, or you cannot access your purchase, we will provide a working replacement or an alternative download method. Contact our support team within 7 days of purchase.

7. International Access

Our digital products can be accessed from anywhere in the world. No customs, duties, or import taxes apply because no physical goods cross borders. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your local laws permit the use of our products.
