By accessing the EstimateGenius website, purchasing any product, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of EstimateGenius.

By placing an order, you agree to pay the full amount specified at checkout, including any applicable taxes. We accept payment methods as indicated on our website.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders already placed.

6. Digital Product Delivery and License

Upon successful payment, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email with your download link.

All products are non‑returnable and non‑refundable except as expressly stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

Purchase of a product grants you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, personal license to use that product for your own internal business or personal purposes, subject to any restrictions described in the product documentation.

Bulk or multi‑user licenses are available upon request. If you need to use a product for more than one person or entity, please contact us.

All content on the EstimateGenius website (including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, formulas, and underlying code) is owned by EstimateGenius LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property. You are granted only the limited license described in Section 6.

If you submit reviews, feedback, suggestions, or other content to us, you grant EstimateGenius a worldwide, royalty‑free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, modify, and display that content for any business purpose. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EstimateGenius LLC and its employees, officers, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of:

14. Termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Minnehaha County, South Dakota.
